Elizabeth’s daughter Martha Emily Gregg receives Elizabeth’s interest in and right to the negro Isam, and Elizabeth’s interest in the “negro property” to which her deceased son William was entitled from the estate of his father Thomas Kennedy. Her two daughters Sarah W. Kennedy and Frances Malvina Howe are to divide equally her interest in the negro property Elizabeth is entitled to from her late husband Thomas Kennedy’s estate, excepting the negro property herein given to Martha Emily Gregg.
